Galette des rois- Three King's cake recipe

Hello, we are celabrating  Epiphany today.

Tradition states that this is the day that the three wise men  came in the church to honor the birth of Christ.

Traditionally , a fava bean that was placed inside the cake and later tiny figurines. If you find it in the cake you will be the king or queen  for the day.

Some people are collecting it in France...

I've just cooked one for the family dinner... and put one tiny "santon" inside..
